As much as I LOVE Christmas and everything to do with the meaning and celebration of it I'm usually a little ready to be done with Christmas cards by now. I just received this new Heart die from CTMH and since our challenge over at Tuesday Morning Sketches is "Anything Goes" I was anxious to give the die a try.
Here's my first little batch, I used the positive image, the negative image and the image image!! The actual purpose of the die is the cute thin hearts but I thought I could use all three pieces and it was really fun making these, plus they went fast.
Pretty much everything is CTMH; the paper is retired, the stamp set is one of the sets that comes with the ever so wonderful Flower Market Cricut Collection. I brushed the CTMH glimmer pen all over the hearts and the negative image but I had already attached the thin hearts so I didn't add it to those. I used quite a bit of foam tape on the first, a little bit on the second and just a tiny bit on the third card.
Thanks so much for stopping by & have a VERY merry Christmas!!
P.S. Be sure to check out what the rest of our team made and if Santa brings you crafting goodies use those to play along with us - you have two weeks this time, and this is THE ONLY time we have Anything Goes.

ReplyDeleteI need to get my act together and make more than one from each sketch, too. What a great idea to use all parts when cutting the die!
Three gorgeous cards, fabulous designs to use all the bits and I especially like the first. Wishing you a very happy new year xx
ReplyDeleteAwesome cards Patti! Love the shape of those hearts. Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteI am not a fan of Valentine's day - but your cards are so cute! I particularly love the rose paper behind the cut out hearts - that would be a gorgeous wedding card.
ReplyDeleteThank you for a wonderful year Patti - I look forward to another one.
