Here's a pic of the big mess I had on my desk - lol. I was trying to spray dots but it seemed like I would point it to spray one spot and ended up getting it on another. The easiest and the ones that I think turned out best are the ones that I just masked circles and sprayed lightly around them. I had a friend over to play too and she loved learning this technique.
I used the CTMH stamp set Dizzy Circles because I knew it would be perfect for the sketch. This was the first time I've had my embossing powder out in ages!
The sprays are so glimmery I love them, they're from Heidi Swapp. This stamp set and gold foil tape are from Close to My Heart.
Now here's my fave - I just love pink+white+gold!!
Your turn to head on over to Tuesday Morning Sketches and see what the rest of our fabulous team made! Plus, your turn to play you just may win some Freckled Fawn embellishments from our very own Melissa!!!
so pretty! i love all of your cards!! im inspired! perhaps i'll have time to make one tomorrow!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Jennifer - I hope you have time to give it a try and have some fun!
DeleteOh my, Patti - the circles remind me of a spirograph - which I have an actual real one sitting right by my feet waiting to be used - my Mother in Law blessed it to me - my husband used to play with it when he was a kid. Loving all the differing looks you created!
ReplyDeleteNow that is cool Barbara how neat that she saved it and now how neat that she gave it to you! I loved the Spirograph as a kid and got one for my grandkids last Christmas.
DeleteThese are all super cute! I love the look of the stamping inside the masked circles!
ReplyDeleteOh my - another great set of cards Patti! Love them. My cousin had a spirograph when I was little and I was never allowed to play with it. These stamps look just like the designs I so desired to create.
ReplyDeleteI loved my Spirograph too! I wish I still had it. It looks like you had fun putting these cards together. They're so fun!
